Leadership & Management

Berean is led by former Schlumberger engineers and managers with a combined 60-plus years of upstream well-services experience. The discipline of a major, applied by an indigenous house.

Our Management Team

Major-company pedigree, indigenous accountability.

Our management came up through Schlumberger across pumping, stimulation, coiled-tubing and cementation. And through operator support for Chevron, ExxonMobil and Shell.

MB

Michael C. Bosah

Managing Director

Michael earned a mechanical-engineering degree in Nigeria and built his oilfield career with Deutag Drilling, GearHart (a Halliburton company) and then Schlumberger, where he served seventeen years as a pumping & stimulation engineer. Rising to Lead CT Operations / Client Support engineer for Chevron, ExxonMobil and Shell.

His upstream experience spans well design and construction, formation evaluation, completion and downhole jewellery design, and the full coiled-tubing suite. Acid stimulation, cement water shut-offs, CT drilling, scale removal, nitrogen services and high-pressure-well applications. He leads multi-disciplinary project teams with a focus on operations engineering, well-site delivery and QHSE.

SB

Samuel Beluolisa

Principal. Operations & Quality

Samuel graduated in mechanical engineering and joined Schlumberger in 1991, serving eighteen years. Through the 1990s he held cementation supervisory roles (job execution, rig audits and compliance) before becoming cell leader and service-quality coach, managing product and equipment inventory, capex evaluation and onshore cementation coordination.

He went on to lead Schlumberger recruiting for Sub-Saharan Africa, then served as training & development manager for the region and as field service manager in Ghana. A depth of operations, quality and people-development experience he now brings to Berean.
