Public Training

Three programs. Real yard, real equipment.

Berean runs structured training in Health, Safety & Environment, crane operations, and pump & equipment handling. Delivered by working engineers on our own operational base. Contact the operations team for current fees and registration details.

Program 01

HSE Training Program

Health, Safety and Environment fundamentals for personnel working in or around oilfield operations. Hazard identification, PPE use, emergency response, and site safety conduct, under DPR/NUPRC and Factory Act requirements.

Program 02

Crane Certification Training

Standard crane operation and certification covering load charts, rigging, signalling, pre-use inspection and safe lifting practice, following recognised crane training and certification standards.

Format	Theory + supervised lifting

Program 03

Pump and Equipment Operators Program

Begins with the HSE Training Program, then progresses to equipment-yard theory and practical training, followed by supervised field deployment on live pump and equipment units.

Experienced Track (2 weeks). Theory & engineering refresher before field deployment for personnel with prior field experience.
Full Program Track (1 to 2 years). Complete theory, yard practical and progressive field deployment for new entrants.

Cancellation & safety.

Cancellation & refunds. Cancellation up to 7 days before the cohort start date receives a full refund. Cancellation within 7 days of the start date is non-refundable but may be applied to the next available cohort.

Eligibility & safety. All applicants must meet the minimum age and medical-fitness requirement stated for their chosen program. By registering, applicants confirm they understand and accept the safety expectations of the practical and field components, where applicable. Program durations are subject to review.
